Join us on an exclusive 8-day liveaboard expedition to witness one of the ocean’s most spectacular events — the Mexican Sardine Run in Magdalena Bay. Every October, this remote stretch of Baja’s Pacific coast comes alive with swirling bait balls, striped marlins, sea lions, whales, and seabirds in a breathtaking natural spectacle. You’ll spend multiple days out on the water, snorkeling alongside the action and experiencing marine life encounters few ever witness.

What to Expect

Magdalena Bay hosts a massive sardine aggregation each autumn, attracting an incredible array of marine predators. Over the course of the expedition, you’ll spend seven full days snorkeling the sardine run, supported by experienced local guides and fast pangas to locate and follow the action.

The rest of the week is spent exploring, relaxing onboard, and soaking in the beauty of Baja’s Pacific coast. Whether you're a passionate ocean lover, photographer, or adventure traveler, this is a front-row seat to one of nature’s most dramatic feeding events.

The Vessel: Solmar V

At 112 ft, the Solmar V is a steel-hulled liveaboard designed for exploration and comfort. With 12 well-appointed cabins, a spacious salon and dining area, and one of the most experienced crews in Mexico, the vessel has become a staple for diving adventures in Baja and the Revillagigedo Archipelago
